Since its establishment on March 6, 2012, Yasmine Holding’s primary activity has been establishing companies and increasing capital. Its work draws on financial-market experience and a wider ambition to participate in the growth of Egyptian businesses.
The company’s custodian activity license was granted by the Financial Regulatory Authority on October 22, 2013. The expertise behind this activity was transferred from Yasmine Securities Book Keeping Company, licensed in 1997.
